Can't change home campaign after failed attempt to home Dawnbreaker

I tried to change my home campaign to the non-CP 7-day campaign, Dawnbreaker, which was created for the Midyear Mayhem event. It wouldn't let me, and the campaign was removed a few minutes later. Now I have the time penalty for switching campaigns and can't swap for eleven hours even though I never actually got to change my home campaign the first time.
