Yeah every BG guild I've been in kind of fizzes out and people go and do their own thing and get quiet.

Past that you’re probably looking at Black March Legion and not much else these days. EP NA XB Vivek is mostly just random Zerg surfing outside these guilds these days. Not sure if DEECO still exists but they used to be quite large.

I couldn't bug you for an invite now could I? Do you guys have a vetting process? I've been out of PvP for too long. I'd have to level a new toon.
Looking for a guild that focuses on small group play. Ebonheart Pact.

TBH, for many of the small scale guilds on PC NA, having too many members is a bigger threat than having too few. If you have too many, some people have to sit out in order for it to still be “small scale” and that can cause drama.
If you’re too small you can always pug the missing roles with people from your friends list, especially once your group starts getting a good reputation.
The trick is finding a reliable magplar - it’s the only role that can’t really be pugged.
