I’ve been thinking of starting one , the only issue is small scale guilds tend to go inactive eventually because there’s few members.

Yeah every BG guild I've been in kind of fizzes out and people go and do their own thing and get quiet.

I've been nothing but EP on Xbox NA, but to be honest, good EP guilds seem to be few to non. Lot of good PvP players but not too much coordination from what I can see. I've pretty much left the PvP scene because of this.

Yeah that’s what I mean, especially if you play at different times. Bgs are a little different because they can get stale.

I find people usually just get tired of getting zerged and the state of pvp when it comes to small groups. But it’s fun when you get a good group together.

I’m in Dark Paradise which is run by @HonestThumper. We run a usually almost full group these days from about 7 to 11 Eastern. It’s usually not a small group though. Past that you’re probably looking at Black March Legion and not much else these days. EP NA XB Vivek is mostly just random Zerg surfing outside these guilds these days. Not sure if DEECO still exists but they used to be quite large.

I couldn't bug you for an invite now could I? Do you guys have a vetting process? I've been out of PvP for too long. I'd have to level a new toon.

I’m not on as of yet and don’t have invite privileges. I’d recommend finding the largest Zerg and following it. 80% chance it’s one of the two guilds I mentioned.

I’m in a great EP pvp guild called LYFT. Used to be Dynasty. I don’t have the privileges to add you but I could talk to someone about it.

TBH I think having too many members is a bigger threat than having too few. If you have too many, some people have to sit out in order for it to still be “small scale” and that can cause drama.

If you’re too small you can always pug the missing roles with people from your friends list, especially once your group starts getting a good reputation.

The trick is finding a reliable magplar - it’s the only role that can’t really be pugged.

Small group play and Ebonheart Pact don't really mix in Xbox Na. They go 40 deep or they don't go at all. Had 65 EP come take Chalman Lumbermill yesterday, 65 is actually probably shorting the real number. If I had a bombblade I'd have taken #1 on the leaderboard in one bomb lol

If you are down to switch to the superior faction you can run with my group on DC. We run in groups of 2-5.

I think I ran into a few deeco in sotha a week or two ago. They're not as big as they were, but there's still some left.

Most established/reputable small group guilds don't want new players either (I used to run one). This is partially due to the reasons you said, but also because it takes time/effort to train them up on how to participate within the group dynamic.

As much as I don't want to agree with the magplar comment, you're probably right (I'm probably just salty that I never managed to consistently fill this role - always managed to find badasses who just wanted to kill people lol). But in all honesty, a magplar isn't absolutely necessary. You can get by if everyone has a support heal slotted (and preferably an "oh ***" ult on backbar). Just takes a crown who is comfortable with using guerilla tactics to create an opportunity rather than face tanking the zergs into overextending.

^ you can apply that to any alliance , the factions that is winning the campaign is what people will play. Like in shor I’ve seen dc dominate to them being the least played and the same thing goes for the other alliances .

Usually people who accuse one faction of doing the most zerging have a sense of faction pride.
