hey guys i found it with no lag on graphics
i can help you for no lag if you pick on windows graphics settings then go graphics settings then go add that game on graphics settings on under classic then add that game that you use it then add them games then go option then go pick high performance then you games have no lag and you can't check on torturial on link check this then you help this

Not saying its not server issues, random loading screens and minutes waits then porting is obvious server issues.
Lag in huge fights are graphic. And yes they could be reduced by cutting down on effects in huge fights.Grinding just make you go in circles.

I'm still having 25 FPS in the worst Cyrodiil-fights and everything renders properly on High/medium settings. And you can remove friendly effects etc. So you're able to see your opponent's only, which is good. :-)
