Should Ilambris have "persistent" fire effects as advertised?

The Ilambris style which is apparently only being sold for 1 month (weapons do not drop, pay walled) does not have flaming effects when players sheath their weapons, unlike other weapon styles with effects on them. Many people like myself have paid for or were going to purchase the style under the presumption the weapons would have a "persistent" fire effect as advertised.

If the Moondancer/Infallible/etc sets can, then something costing 2500 crowns in the store should certainly have that feature!
