Did today's maintenance on PC/EU broke the megaserver?

I don't know if it's happening to me or everyone but couple of my friends also reporting some gaming experience killing problems on PC/EU megaserver after the maintenance.

1) Constant disconnects.
2) Insane amount of ping everywhere!
3) Dungeon finder is not working, again.

I heard most people are also experiencing problems with dugeon finder. But the ping and logouts I experienced are insane! Just wanted to check if it's global or not.

1+3 are normal so there is nothing special about that

I know but it's more than normal. We were unable to play an hour ago but it seems okay right now. Though I'm afraid the servers can't handle the event tomorrow.

I'm currently away in China so I had to get used to playing on a fairly stable ping of ~300, which surprisingly turned out not to be too much of an issue. Until yesterday's maintenance I was running trials and dungeons almost as comfortably as when I'm in the UK. However, after that it all went to ***. I've 'played' for about 4 hours since the servers came back online. The story of my nHRC run was my ping going all over the place (300-4000) and one disconnect. I've been limiting myself to soloing dolmens since that because group content seems to be a no go and I do need some jewelry grains anyway. Over the course of the one hour session just now I was able to complete my rotation without any lag-spike related issues twice... Not to mention the joy of walking up to a crafting node and staring at it for a few seconds before my character eventually decides to harvest it.

Latency numbers are white for me, and yet I get freezes mid-fight in dungeons as if from lag, liquid lightning refused to drop - as if I'd have 50% chance of dropping it, ultimates don't activate, and I have to push buttons over and over. It never happened before until very recently, like, within a week.
Also, today's been horrible with loading screens - I very rarely have a loading screen that lasts longer than 20 seconds, but today I definitely see a problem with going places within game. Mail doesn't come, either. Not even after traveling (btw, this particular problem with mail refusing to come until you travel should have been fixed years ago).
And don't get me started on glitches in vet dungeons. Fang Lair being a champion among them.

It's ok is it not like it's the 100th time they broke the group finder tool...

Oh wait nvm...

If history repeats, which it will, it will now stay broken for months with months of promises to fix it.

It will then randomly for no reason fix itself after they release the patch to patch to patch the patch that broke the patch to fix the patch that broke....

Mainly because they hate playing Inventory Management Online....

It used to be originally because ZOS promised they would never have to pay for new content and ESO Plus gave access to ALL FUTURE content....but then they made up chapters to get round that and lied, only to turn chapters into DLC basically a year later...
