Is there a bug with Blue Foods? (not getting full effect?)

I'm getting less stat increases with health/magicka using blue cp150 foods then with purple foods like Witchmother's...meaning something like Witchmother's which has 3 effects gives more heatlh and magick as well as the recovery then a blue food that should give more health and magick. It just started happening...It looks like it is a problem with the blue foods because I used to get more health and magick when I used them...the purple I believe still give the same effect they used to...anyone else notice this?

I just found out that it is a glitch when you equip a poison

This happens if you consume a food when you have a poison on your current weapon. I have no idea why lol.

For each time that food is consumed with poison equipped, the max health keeps dropping. 14K max health now, down from 25K.
