Constant Disconnects Since I Started 2 Days Ago

Since my wife and I began playing ESO on our Xbox One X systems we have had nothing but the game server crashing constantly. We managed to make 2 characters each in 2 days, we are trying to figure out what we want to play, how we like Stamina vs Magicka builds, armor types, etc. Well, I am now at the point after 5 more disconnects yesterday and 7 the day before to where if it happens again this afternoon I will be getting my money back from the game I bought plus the subscription. Quite simply, I am unable to play the game for more than 15 minutes before a disconnect hits. I will open a dispute on PayPal or issue a charge back if I need to with my credit card but I would prefer to just be able to play what I paid for.

It is not my internet. I have a smart TV, no cable. I am able to stream WiFi all my TV shows, I am able to play Destiny 2 and other games that require internet. All my other games / internet required service are working normal, yet ESO keeps crashing on us. Pretty much I am hoping there is a KNOWN issue that is getting resolved now lol. I am on the North America mega server. Checking today said the European Mega Server in under maintenance, so I am more concerned now that it is just the game servers and not a known bug / issue getting fixed. If you guys have anything to try or know any issues going on let me know. I will be starting my refund process (ZoS can work with me or my bank can do a charge back, since I am unable to get what I paid for) tomorrow if nothing else can get the game to work. While I would love to remain a subscriber and buy some more content and crowns in the future, well, I need to be ble to play the game for real first rather than spending half my time trying to log in and restart everything.

Any help is most certainly appreciated.

It is same for PC-EU, random people get disconnects and lag spikes.. Hopefuly today will be a fix

Since Sunday night I'm getting disconnected every other loading screen. It's extremely annoying.

Been getting booted a fair bit since Friday last...PC-EU. Just short drops, able to log back in immediately but still annoying.

Hopefully today's maint. helps this.

So, I see several reporting issues with EU server. Since I am on the US server I can only imagine that ZoS has a load of issues that seem unresolved?

I played back in March 2014 on PC-US and never had any serious disconnects like this. Has ZoS made the community aware of the issue? Are they working on it or pretending it is not happened / blaming players systems? I would just like to know if this is a fix in progress so I can hold out and play but it seems like it might indeed be a lasting issue they will not fix....

I know this is not a fun to jump into topic here, but i am hoping ZoS gets on this thread and apologizes for the server issues after mentioning the resolution / time frame to resolve the consistent disconnects.
