Major sorcery in healing staff

Put the major sorcery in the healing staff regeneration both morphs. Templars and nightblade have problems getting major sorcery.

...That's why I usually group with a mDK while I'm on my magplar toon. However while in solo condition I'd use Entrophy to obtain Maj Sorcery.

I actually polished up Rattlecage staffs/jewelry for the PvP event. It's meant for my magblade and templars as back-rank healers.

Frankly, I forgot about the possibility that it would be a waste if I grouped w/ DKs. Oh well ...
