Hi,
minor defile gets not buffed by befoul from the green tree, bug or intended?

talk about "poorly written" but just to clarify:

When a nearby enemy damages you, summon a growing pool of desecrated bile for 8 seconds. Enemies in the bile receive 5-430 Disease damage every 1 second and are afflicted with Minor Maim and Minor Defile, reducing their damage done and healing received by 15%. This effect can occur every 8 seconds.

The "minor Defile" in the Thurvokun monster set should be correctly affected by the "Befoul" Champion skill based on the amount of points invested. but be mindful that it may only keep applying it to the enemy only while they are in radius of the Desecrated Bile.

mathematically speaking (if it is right.) putting 100 points into befoul for a 55% bonus to the defile debuff should additively increase the effectiveness of minor defile from 15% to 23.25%.

    15 + 55% = 23.25%

for more accurate results, consult the link provided and note that the numbers that are Bolded represent where the actual changes occur.

If you see me anywhere. Know that I am sitting back with a bag of popcorn, watching as ESO burns the goodwill of its player base with practices that only disrespects the players time like it did to me and many others...

If a game does not respect your time, best thing to do is move on from it and find something else.
