I've recently got it from a chest & i could make 33 gems out of it. So is it worth to make it to gems?

Depends. Are you currently max CP? Do you have alts to level? It's worth it if you have the xp needs. If not, cash it in.

Well, I don't give a crap about xp bcause I normally wouldn't do much in 1 hour time. Normally I'd just walking from one place to another or sell my stuff on the guild bank.

I would take the 33 gems every time. You can get the exact same effect from an ingame item for just over 20,000 gold if you really need the xp. You can't buy an apex mount with gold at all.
