PC-EU unplayable from lag/disconnection?

Oke this started for me 2 days ago, from time to time i got 340 or 360 ping in open world/house/trials, it was like spike that lasted in trial for 5-6 seconds. And it usually happens when most of people are online (in prime time). After 2 days since it started now lag spike happen every 1-2 minute, in trials its unplayable, some people are not affected by this that much but there are people who have same issue in past 2 days as i do, some people canceled raids because half group just get disconnected from server.
