I was checking out the styles of medium helmets from a website and i stumbled upon the sapiarch motif.( I dont have the summerset DLC) Is it possible for someone who has the summerset DLC to craft it and sell it to a player who doesnt have the summerset dlc?

    Even without Summerset, you can buy the motif from guild traders to craft gear or use in outfits
