Knockbacks such as flame reach, javelin, leap, meteor and certain ranged ccs like snipe, stonefist, and lighting clench are causing a unique delayed cc bug. Your character locks up due to a cc without any animations whatsoever, and you are able to break it immediately, assuming you actually become aware of it when it occurs. When you break it and begin to move, you then take the animation from the ability - whether it be javelin, snipe, flame reach, lightning reach, stonefist, meteor, leap etc - and your character is pulled back to the spot where you took the initial cc. You then become "locked" out of abilities and begin to slide along the ground as your character stands back up from the animation.
This appears to happen with almost 100% consistency when moving
away from a target that uses one of the ccs on you. This is a gamebreaking combat issue in pvp, as you are unable to do anything for ul to 5 SECONDS of combat. In numerous situations, this means instant death. In all situations it causes lost resources and positioning, at the very least.
This must be addressed.
