Cannot Access Guild Bank or Guild Stores

So i logged in this morning and for some reason I cannot access the guild bank or store, nor can i access the guild store via merchants.
The top screenshot is my trying to access the guild bank from the banker in Alinor
the second and third screenshots are me trying to access guild merchants (the third photo is the guild merchant for my trading guild)
I don't understand what is wrong. I have tried disabling all my Addons, i have tried restarting my game, and i have tried repairing the files, but nothing.

✭✭✭Can you talk in zone chat or mail other people? What you are describing is what happens when you are communication banned. I dont have a mass mail addon as far as i know, but i dont know why i have this ban0 -
