Did something change with the last patch on XBox when it comes to drops?

For the past few weeks, I've been running Hew's Bane looking for a girdle of Bahraha's Curse. Today, I'm noticing my drop rates for the overland sets are extremely horrible, averaging 1 out of 7 when, for the last 3 weeks, it has been *every* chest regardless if it was Simple or Master.
Can someone confirm if the drop rates have changed? Most of the chest I'm opening up now are yielding worthless junk.

✭Unless something changed...I don't think you can get a heavy Bahraha armor pieces from overland chests...I thought only from main Thieve's Guild quests and certain dailies...0 -

That's not my issue. My issue is that chests used to drop overland parts in every level chest. Now, it's completely random.
The only guarantee I've seen of an overland piece is Advanced and Master, now being only blue and purple respectively.
I'm heading to Auridon to check to see if the chests have changed there as well.

My point was that you're wasting your time looking for a "girdle" in overland chests...but whatever...0
