Sheer Venom set: Still bugged?

Haven't heard a word about it in quite some time. If you're not sure about the bug I'm talking about, when the poison from the set procced it would break cloak on a NB. Admittedly, I used it last night and, sure enough, when SV poison procced I couldn't cloak for more than 1 second. I began to wonder if sets that have dropped after Summerset didn't do this anymore and perhaps it's just my old set.

Zorgon_The_Revenged✭✭✭✭✭I think the Vicecannon of Venom set was the one that broke cloak. Never had a problem with sheer venom on my NB but haven't use the set or stamblade for a while, wasn't a big cloaker on stamblade either.0 -

✭✭It only ever broke cloak when procced against a dk with volatile armor. And afaik, yes it is still bugged. I have given up on the hope that this will ever be fixed. Lloydmp✭✭✭I use this set with viper and it doesn’t break cloak, it’s pretty OP set up for BG’s. Both are active all the time as poison injection takes a second to proc Venom.0

That's correct. PI is an execute so it procs it. Played my Stamblade with Sheer Venom for the first time in a while and any time the poison started ticking I was unable to stay cloaked for more than 1 second. Basically just pops you right back out when the damage ticks. It's a 6 second dot, so not terribly bad, no. Vicecanon, on the other hand, is 15 seconds. That's a long time as a NB to not be able to cloak. On Sheer it's mainly just annoying. VoV it will get you killed. lol0 -

Sheer venom doesn’t break cloak. It might occasionally on DK for the previously stated reason but, and I repeat sheer venom which I’m still using now doesn’t break cloak.1 -

It will on a DK, for sure. Wings (the most obvious) but Volatile Armor also seem to cause this. Again, I was running Sheer Venom on a sNB a couple nights ago and when the poison procced on any target it caused Cloak to break after 1 second.

Here is a build video with game play for a very similar set up and I’m not seeing venom break cloak. In the first 10 seconds of the video you can see the venom on the target which is procced by PI. The YouTuber then goes into cloak with venom ticking on target and it doesn’t break.1 -
