New guild: Demolition Dynasty looking for new players

Hello,
We are a new guild that will most likely not go over 100 players and is mostly focused on AD. we are looking to be a guild of friends that hang out and play together instead of every man for themselves like bigger guilds. looking for new players or vets that are willing to join and gain some friends to play eso with!
Requirements:
-18+(exceptions can be made as long as you are mature)
-Must play AD mostly
-Discord(when i get it made) (mic preferred but not required)
Rules:
-Be kind to each other and willing to help others.
-Do not disrespect each other we are looking to be a friendly guild made up of friends not enemy's :P
-No Lengthy inactivity unless you tell and officer or me.
-Have Fun!

-Some players that are leaders and willing to teach/help people out and lead events such as PVP, Trials, and Dungeons and also moderate the guild
