Disconnects when mount or dismount

This getting annoying, really
When farming mats, you are running fast through zone, constantly jumping on mount, using rapid, dismounting, take node and again
And usually, here disconnects happens with no any errors or whatever: just login screen

Why and how to fix this?

It got a tiny bit more stable from the time I wrote that thread, but still not stable enough and I agree...it happens exactly when harvesting, using mount and rapids.

No fix found as far as I know of...

Getting these as well, sometimes when mounting, sometimes when interacting with nodes/lorebooks/chests.

I'd personally suggest you take a look at https://pingplotter.com/fix-your-network to be absolutely certain this is server-side, and not some stupid network issue. I'm like 99 percent certain it can't be network, but it will be easier to convince the ESO team that if you have hard proof, not just confidence.

I'd also, myself, hit up tcpdump, or equivalent, and check that I wasn't getting an unexpected disconnect of the connection to the server or something, just in case.

Beyond that, does the problem resolve if you slow down a bit, such as by skipping rapid? Not that this is good, just a way to work out if it is, say, that you are going faster than the servers like and they flake out because of it.

Also, if you have any addons that automated rapids those need to fixed or updated as the skill code changed with Summerset.

"Network issues" affects you all the time and not related to some specific actions only.
Don't think you are smarter than everyone around.

Yes, after a lengthy back-and-forth with support, and some concerted testing on my part today, it's the dismount/mount cycle for me - combined with high ping due to satellite (all I have available). After I started just leaving my girls on foot instead of using the horses, I was able to play without logout for hours (9:35 am - 12:45 pm) when I lost connection due to storm.

So no horsing around for me - it's annoying, but it's even MORE annoying to get dropped to login screen every few minutes.
