What does ZOS classify "Disabling Effects" as ?

I was trying to find out what are all the things that is classified as disabling effects. It turns out that from what I read and tested, that immobilizations and snares do not classify as as such.

I asked on another thread if they possibly changed it now or knew about it, thus buffing, Robes of the hist.

I got a comment of yes they did, but nothing that can be factual and comfirmed that they changed it finally.

I feel nobody has ever spoke of this, or bring this into light. Some help would be much appreciated.

Thank you...

Stuns, knock backs and disorients are the disabling effects
Wrecking Blow, Flame Clench, Fossilize, Rune Cage, Invasion, Perma Frost, Dragon Leap, Ice Comet Javelin, Magnum Shot, melee attack on a blocking target, being interrupted. I'm sure there are more
    Maiden Maura - Xbox NA
Warden Ice Tank (By far my favorite) -RIP #Nerfmire
Stormproof, Shehai Shatterer, Mageslayer(solo tanked), Ophidian Overlord, Assistant Alienist, Boethiah's Scythe,Maw of Lorkhaj Conqueror, Divayth Fyr's Coadjutor
    Major
    Dragon Knight Healer (Since Homestead)
    Shehai Shatterer, Mageslayer,
    Warden 2x Bow DPS
Stormproof, Shehai Shatterer, Mageslayer, Ophidian Overlord, Assistant Alienist, Boethiah's Scythe, Maw of Lorkhaj Conqueror, Divayth Fyr's Coadjutor, Sunspire Saint,
    Others
PvP StamDen, Warden Healer, MagDen, Stamplar, StamSorc, DK Failed Attempt, NB Failed Attempt

Playing BiS isn't impressive, playing unique at BiS lvl, THAT's impressive.

Weird because in the past reactive would proc when you were rooted. So you could sit there in talons and spam healing springs and be mostly invincible.

It still procs on roots, just not on snares.

I’d venture a guess to ask if Sloads qualifies as a Disabling Effect

    It is a negative effect.

Robes of the hist will be buffed in the next update, so it procs from everything including snares. The description specifies this. If it does not on PTS, than it is a bug and should be brought to their attention in feedback

Disabling effects are all effects that disable your character from performing any actions at all and thus need to be broken free of. Like stuns and knockbacks. Snares and roots do not disable your character, they just hinder movement.

I think you mean "What does ESO define as disabling...". I am quite sure that the real world, Zeni, defines disabling quite differently. They have to deal with the ADA after all.

Only for their physical offices. That doesn't apply to the game, sadly because it could encourage them to make control better and easier with more options.
