Lyss1991✭✭✭✭The Ouroboros crates are the ones given out on Twitch to PC users. They gave them to us as compensation for missing a few days of the login rewards. We are still unable to get Twitch Drops on console yet undortunately.

Read the patch notes, it's in there as to why certain people were given 3 crates.
If you logged in the 1st 2nd and 3rd of July when the daily login rewards were bugged, they gave these as compensation. If you had ESO+ and logged in all 6 days of the event, you also got 6 psijic crates with the 3 ouroboros.
People should really read patch notes any time there is an update.

The Elder Scrolls Online v1.37 focuses on fixes a number of stability issues that were causing game freezes and crashing. We’ve also fixed any accounts that previously purchased the original version of the Scalecaller or Fang Lair Motifs and weren't able to use them properly, and have granted one Ouroboros Crown Crate for each day you logged in earlier this month while the Daily Rewards system was disabled. Never had that happen before, and I ain't even mad, since it's just a Ouroboros crate (usually just pots) and not one that I paid for.0 -

First off, you necro'd a fairly old thread so the person you're quoting is not recent information.
Second, watching the twitch stream only counts if you are a PC player. As a console player, the alternative you are given (usually posted in ZOS's updates about the Twitch streams) is to log into the game on a specific date and within a specific timeframe (example, Saturday, July 27th from 12pm-7pm Eastern was the most recent one) and kill a monster... a monster being define as anything hostile that is trying to kill you.
Then, you will receive the specified prizes (crates, pet, etc) by a specific date (for example, this most recent one says it may take up to August 16th to receive your prizes). The crates, if I recall correctly, should give you a notification when you receive them. The pet will not - it will just magically show up in your non-combat pets collection when it happens.
So, in this case, the event is already done. Unless you were in-game killing stuff last Saturday between 12pm-7pm Eastern time, you will not get the prizes. If you WERE, you should receive your prizes any time between now and August 16th.
