I just queued for a random bg match and I get thrown in one that's basically over and not only that the team is in dead last...

Why would anyone want to come into a match in this situation? It's a serious waste of time, and this has happened on more than one occasion. Please if you're going to put a player into a match that has started at least let it be one where they get a chance for a competitive match and time to actually play.
