Because I tought for couple of years that when player block or dodge Hard CC(stun for example) he get cc immunity for next 6 sec like if that spell landed. But in recent weeks I more and more realize that I'm getting hard cc-ed after blocking stuns and knocks etc.
Lets block a few crystal fragments and meteor from sorc just to get stunned by runecage and not having stamina to break free on magicka char
Crystal Frag doesn't stun anymore, for like two patches dude. So if you re dodge rolling a frag you won't get Nadda.

Roll Dodge and block do not automatically give CC immunity. Several CC abilities can be blocked or dodged though (not rune cage) which is why you might have thought block/roll Dodge gave CC immunity
Roll Dodge out of roots is supposed to give you 2 sec root immunity
