Mend Wounds [Possibly Symbiosis Morph] causing staffs to disappear and all particle effects too

When Mend Wounds[Symbiosis] is used in combat after a seemingly random amount of time/actions it makes the staff disappear as well as particle effects on my screen. It will not come back until a zone or gamemode change or sometimes only on a full relog. While it does not appear to cause any actual mechanical differences, it makes understanding what your character is actually doing very difficult; in a sense creating an illusion of a mechanical bug.
*For the particle effects part of it, things like Rapid Regeneration and healing staff heavy attacks become impossible to see on other players without using addons. *
