Crown Crate Glitched

i already put in a ticket but i bought a crown crate and the card dealer guy just paused doing nothing for minutes couldnt press B or anything else to make him deal. Reset game and my crowns are gone with no rewards. Is this common or is there a way to get that crate to open?
