Launcher download

Where is there just a launcher download? I’d like to have the main game on my SSD and the pts server on my HDD. For some reason after the patch today I couldn’t update my actual game it just updated my test server. Apparently one launcher doesn’t work for both which is extremely frustrating when you don’t have just a launcher download and not the entire game download.

    IIRC, you can download the Launcher from your account page here. Ironically my Internet is down, I work for an ISP of all thing. So I cant check.

    Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

    It says download game in my account page but when I do that it just starts the install eso download and tries to install the game. Pretty sure the the whole pts server screwed me becasue everything was fine before I downloaded that on the HDD.
