And more importantly, will console players get these crates too? We don't receive twitch drops so I don't think the Ouroborous crates have a console presence yet.PS5 EU.2 -
WoodenHeart✭✭✭✭They're not real crown crates, just mini-crates full of free gems (and maybe a cool mount or pet if you're really, really, really lucky). I got a gold 5th card and got all excited, but it turned out to be an XP scroll... worth 33 gems, though, so I can't complain.2 -

✭I'm also grateful for the free crates and won't complain even when I get trash. This is still a free trash.
Anyway, it seems to be a higher chance for getting better items if we open only single crate per character, so owning multiple mules helps a lot.
When opening many crates on the same character, the first crate would give more unique items and all others generally gives only trash. If we open a crate, then relog to another toon and open another crate on that one, and do it on multiple alts, the chance for unique items rises greatly. I do that with my free crates. FreshlyB8ked✭✭✭✭I appreciate that the console community is receiving these crates as well. The mount and pet that can be obtained in the Ouroboros Crates were currently only available to the PC/Mac crowd through the Twitch rewards.
@ZOS_GinaBruno ....Perhaps there's some type of monthly requirement that can be implemented for players to receive a couple of the Ouroboros crates each month since the Twitch drops are not an option yet for console players? Maybe claiming all of the month's daily rewards in the allotted time also rewards you with a couple of these crates? Just a suggestion. Thanks again!
