I just read the 4.1.1. patch notes that introduce event tickets and for the first time spread out event rewards over different types of PvE content. Also, Platinum will be available for TelVar in the future, opening up another venue for people who PvE in IC (and the tiny fracture that PvPs there). PvE gets more motifs each update, PvE gets new content each update, and PvE gets fixes each patch.
PvP? We're at a point where even the most crucial bugs (invisible keep walls, CC mechanics to mention the biggest two right now) aren't fixed for a long period now and game performance and stability is a major issue especially on consoles.
I'm not greedy. 1/3 of the love PvE gets would be a fine start.
