Reinforced or impen for pvp?

I seen alcast was advising on some builds to use reinforced on a heavy chest piece instead of impen.
1 good impen gives 258 Critical Resistance - 3.91% mitigation. I think that’s 3.9% mitigation only on the extra crit damage part?
How does a heavy reinforced chest compare? I assume this will mitigate all damage instead if just extra crit part

- EU players are humans too! We want our maintenances in the least pop time (at deep night) and not lasted for several hours!
- Animation canceR - is true PvP cancer! When you can't see which actions your opponent do - you can't react properly on them!

✭✭My mNB uses 5 - 1 - 1. reinforced heavy chest, 3 impen and 3 WF.
I've been running with this combo for quite a long time and it's proven to be really useful.1 -

✭You want to use impen on the small parts I believe etc gloves,belt...etc and maybe 1 reinforced on big pieces like chests but most of the time impen is the way to go 3 or 4 impen is a must in pvp.
But impen is resist against crits only while Reinforced boosts your armor so you mitigate all damage I guessXbox One - NA GT: RebornV3x

✭✭Impen is a must in CP PVP. You can get away with little to none in non CP, depending on build.0
