It is happening even after the original 15 minutes are up though. Tanks are scarce enough for dungeons that aren't daily pledges that you end up in a horrible cycle.
Additionally, waiting longer after already getting hit by a 15 minute cooldown has the same effect, penalising you more than the standard, hitting in particular those queueing in the least popular role.
Had one guy coming into dungeon, he saw it was an vet dlc and asked to be kicked, we did and he entered one minute later again so no cool down for him, kick again and we got somebody else.starkerealm wrote: »Yeah, I've had this happen. EDIT, I also randomed into a dungeon with a Streamer I was watching at the time. Well, they were rolling Random Norm, I was farming Direfrost.

And ending up in an stream in an 4 man group, how low is the chance of that? I would have freaked a bit.
Now in Cyrodil its way more likely
The guy who asked to be kicked in the vet dlc did not get an cooldown, this makes sense, he was kicked before he did anything so unfair that he got cooldown.jaschacasadiob16_ESO wrote: »There must be some edge case the code is not taking into account, because there is a recurring pattern:
- Someone gets kicked before 15 minutes have passed.
- This someone is able to queue again (violating the 15 minutes wait time).
- This someone joins again the same group.
This happens quite often, in fact.
