Can't Deposit Items in Guild bank

Looked through and didn't see any references to this so making a post. I'm seeing a strange problem where I can go to the guild bank (I'm the guild leader) and retrieve items to stack, get rid of excess, etc. After stacking the items, I return to deposit them into the bank but the items will not show up in my list as an item available to deposit. This happens using the controller on the PC and only for items I've retrieved initially from the bank. If I turn the controller off and use keyboard commands, the items then show up so I can deposit them. I tried turning off all my addons, restarting the game etc., and the problem persists. So my work around is turn off the controller, deposit the items, and turn my controller back on. Extra steps I really don't want to have to take but at least it's a work around. One of those little quirks to report that doesn't stop game play...

BTW, you may want to create a ticket for Zos to help with this though their CS ticket log has been very backed up since COVID started.0 -

✭✭✭✭There are certain items that cannot be deposited into the guild bank in gamepad mode, such as recipe fragments. It’s been reported with /bug and submitted to Support for at least three years now, to no avail. Sadly it seems they’re ok with certain elements of basic functionality being disabled for those who use controllers.0
