Unusual lag on EU server

All day today, there've been problems with outfits being bugged and not working. For the past few minutes, I've been experiencing massive ping fluctuations, and mobs are behaving quite weirdly (taking a long time to notice me after I start attacking them, slide around as if they're lagged out, and barely even attack me). I asked in the chat of one of the guilds I'm in and others seem to experience lag as well.
