Questions all in the title. Says it's physical damage but does cause bleeding?

✭✭deals an additional x physical dmg over 5 sec. Doesn't say anything about bleed, so it's just a physical dot. Does not scale of blood drinker set. Maelstrom flurry proc say it's the next tingle target ability, and they also recent removed the bleed proc from the axe to scale with it if I remember correctly, so I doubth it work on this as well.Edited by OrphanHelgen on July 14, 2018 6:47PMPC, EU server, Ebonheart Pact
