Massive lag in nCR, EU

The whole raid just experienced massive lag in normal Cloudrest while doing +3. Character abilitites took several seconds to fire if they did at all, boss abilities animated and hit you 3-5 seconds later, spears took up to 5s of standing on them to display synergies, not being sent downstairs at all etc.
The group was a PUG, people from different parts of europe.
