Question about Unlockable Dungeons

What happens if a high-level character queues up for a specific dungeon (veteran if it makes a difference) while grouped with someone who hasn't unlocked that dungeon yet? Do all group members need to have the dungeon unlocked?

I believe group members need to have the dungeons unlocked. Groupfinder defaults to the lowest member, which is a good way to get easy dungeons. However, they can manually port into the dungeon, so if the group leader is there already, they can port to them and do the harder dungeon they haven't technically unlocked yet.

This doesn't work for veteran versions of dungeons. If they are below 50 they can't get in and group finder won't even have the option for veteran content if they are in your group.

What if they're above 50 but not enough CP to unlock it normally?

The whole group needs to meet the requirements, else you wont get ported.
