Razer MB4 and MB5 not working in game

I was playing today and all of a sudden my MB4 and MB5 for my Razer mouse stopped working in game. If I tab out of ESO they work perfectly fine. I've tried disabling all add-ons and it didnt fix anything. Any known fix?

Did you check keymapping and make sure they are still mapped to some action?
Do these get mapped through a Razer program?

I know for a fact that I lost control of my xbox 360 gamepad for Windows that would work in other games which must have been some combination of the game and a Windows update. I was forced to try to upgrade, free at the time, from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 but that didn't completely solve it so I was forced to upgrade to an Xbox One controller, which is thankfully a very nice improvement over the 360 version.
This could be an issue with Razer and Windows and the game where Razer's peripherals are not officially supported by Microsoft as part of that.

FYI, I still have issues with my Logitech K400 wireless keyboard/trackpad combo for gaming in my recliner. If it desyncs or I turn it off and on while the computer is on then it defaults back to original button assignments and options and all the dumb Windows touchscreen gestures re-activate and mess up all the normal mouse/trackpad controls. It's a Logitech issue that they refuse to fix, even on newer models of the same keyboard/trackpad combo.
