Why is there not a solo PvP/Battlegrounds like PUBG/Fortnite?

no, thats not BG's where there are multiple players.

That would also be awesome too but I was just thinking solo BGs with more personal-based rewards.

doesnt have to be PUBG style, could still be same modes, just for solo

Ah, I see. A lot of people are asking for this (kind of) already, two separate queues for solo players to only face other solo-queued players, and another queue that only pre-made groups can queue in. I think it's a good idea on paper, but I'm just not sure that dividing the population that way is going to do any favors for matchmaking. Maybe it would bring more players in BGs, but it could also double wait times by cutting the number of available players in half.

Free for all elimination would be cool. Just would have to have some sort of scoring for last 2 if there is a stalemate. Maybe 2 min limit on last two then whoever has highest score wins.

I assume the main reason is balance. Different classes and different specs are in this game, and some of them has a clear advantage against the others.

Why is there no 2 man pve areas? Or three man? Or six? Or 24 person trials? I think these would be more important then free for all in a MMO, where you are supposed to play with each other, not against.

Few guesses,

1. It is ESO not PUBG/Fortnite
2. It is an MMORPG not a FPS
3. ESO is is primarily a PVE game, there will always be less PVP options than an actual PVP game.

1. PUGB is not ESO and ESO is not PUGB.
2. ESO is not a Battle Royale game

It is odd someone plays ESO yet wants it to be like another game. Play the other game if that is the case.

This is an MMORPG so grouping should be expected for some things. Further, ESO will not be adding Battle Royale to the game.

Agree, might still be an interesting mode of game. Just trying to give the solo player more pvp options like vma gave solo pve'ers
