Accidentally closed a crown crate before collecting everything

So, yeah. This thread is fairly self-explanatory. My girlfriend just bought some crown crates and, in the process of opening them, she managed to close a 5-item crate after only claiming three of the items. Should those items still appear in her inventory and/or collections interface, or did she possibly lose a mount?

As soon as you open the crate, you essentially have the items. She should have all those items in her inventory and collections. This should be easy enough to check.
