I am speaking from a DPS standpoint and acknowledge this may not apply to healers or tanks.
I think this game has kind of been heading toward a brick wall with thinking of ways to introduce new abilities. The introduction to new skills lines keeps creating balancing issues, and from what Ive seen with revamping old skill lines like WW creates balancing issues too.
This will cause balancing issues at beginning without a doubt but may allow for us to fix it ourselves with different sets already available in game that may complement the second tier morph more so than the 1st tier.
I am just spit balling here but I would like the game to be more customizable at the class level. Currently, we are extremely limited on routes to choose with our class knowing when we first choose them how far we can go with them. I believe a more customizable class skills tier system would prove to offer more routes with more options to complement that route. I don't believe there has to be or should be just one or two ways to get the best out of your class.
