When attempting this achievement and avoiding the antidotes, the boss will not apply the 2nd detrimental curse to everyone in group. He might apply it to 1-3 people, but we can not get all 4 group members to have the two detrimental curses at same time to get the achievement. In fact if we push further for three curses while avoiding antidotes, some people will get three yet others might still be at one. No number of antidotes phases we have tested will fix this either. Say you get the first antidote, then slow group DPS so you get two more antidote phases in hopes everyone gets two detrimental curses before killing. We have even prolonged the fight to getting three antidote phases before attempting to stack two curses before killing to no avail. After many hours and runs to get this achievement, we have come to the conclusion it is bugged.
