Double the alchemy resource nods

I think they should double ( just the alchemy ) nods b/c who wants to spend 5hrs picking plants just to play 2hrs of dungeons or pvp?

I never farm only alchemy mats or psijic portals or any other spesific. If I do a farm run, I pick up every single node I see.

PvP gives plenty of resources in the form of AP. Those resources can be turned into gold which turns into potions. You're getting what you need, it's just there are a few steps involved.

This is MMO, after all. It is designed to promote interaction between people, which include not only running dungeons together, but trade as well. You choose what you enjoy doing, and think how to make money off it to buy everything else.

There are so many other ways to obtain alchemy mats other than farming: PvP bags, Dark Brotherhood Shadowy Supplier, Alchemy Writs, Guild Vendors, trading with friends and guildies ... the list goes on.

The OP is searching for the lazy way out.

No, because this is really a nonissue. Either farm them or buy them. There is no shortage of the nodes out in the world.

What I want is MORE Mudcrab Chitin.

Atm it's only a chance for one of these blighters to drop one. Yet, every few days, I'm supposed to give 3 of them for the Alchemy Writ.
When I pick up a plant, I am guaranteed one, with the possibility of getting two with the relevant perk. Mudcrabs, I can kill a group of 3 and get one Chitin if I'm lucky.
Rather than spend an hour or more per week farming Mudcrabs, I just refuse to do those ones now.

Either double/ triple the drop rate, make it a guaranteed drop or else remove it from Writs altogether please!! @ZOS_GinaBruno

Not a dime. (Also, if you price it out, the cost for the potions purchased and the cost for the mats to make them work out to be about the same.)

I use every item I find, but there is still more than enough available.

• Invest in the passive (it will help you find some odd hidden ones you'd normally miss)
• Turn off your grass in settings when you farm (Guess what, if the plant remains, it's probably an alchemy node)
• Farm some Telvar (alchemy satchels are still good sources)
• Hirelings are your friend. (Get the Shadowy Supplier perk in DB line.)
• EDIT: Almost forgot about Alchemy Writs.

The world is big, nodes are everywhere. Perhaps you're looking in the wrong place.

(The only nodes that are remotely limited are JC and perhaps clams...)

So what your saying is that 80k for 200 cornflower is exceptable price? What are you smoking? Thats outrageous! Btw, the reason potions are suppossed to be more expensive is because ppl have put the time and skill points into alchemy.

If you look at how long the game play you recieve from how many potions you use by how many matts it takes you will find it doesnt even out. But that makes sense to you as long as your making toyr 80k off cornflower ( that being the best price ) .

Not sure if people in the forums realize this or not, but you can make an absolute killing farming til var and buying alchemy bags. I usually get about 150-200 Columbine alone from an an hour or 2 of farming.

I must be doing something wrong then, because I'm swimming in alchemy mats. I sell a half stack every time I go over 1000 of something.

Just double what alchemy nodes drop. Make it a skill if you need too. Only game ive played where potions are the most expensive part of playing. Its not even like its a money sink. Just making others richer or spending all your time picking plants with 20 other people trying to pick the same plants.
