can't log in...

went online this morning, no problems at all, friend told me to download PTS, so I did. went away for groceries, come back, try to log in to live game "login failed, password or username incorrect or is not available at this time" over 9000% sure i have my password correct. paused PTS download to see if this was theproblem, still persisted. uninstalled the little bit of PTS i had downloaded, still can't log in. my only day off this week and can't log in... anyone has an idea what's going on?
