Does anyone know what buold is Toxicnebula using?
IS this on cp or no cp?
I assumed it was necro, with some double mag monster helm and shoulders(domi plus somethign else) but i cant figure out the rest.
Somehow his hp is really low (im at 27k in cyro without any health glyph) for an ARG (and with that mag pool he must have undaunted i guess)
i tried necro with domi and groth, but i cant figure out the rest, treid spinners for more mag and some extra damge, but my regen is sitting at 1300 ( and i think that THAT is really low even with harness for a bad player like me).
My harness seems to be almost as good as his (around 14/15 k'ish) but people jsut chop through it so FAST, they get harness AND ward before ward even heals me.While this guy seems to keep them one vs X players.

✭His build looks similar to a build I been running which is 5 lich/5 necro/1 max mag shoulder/ 1 max mag helmet/ with a spinners staff front bar. The front bar I have just at 55k Magicka and the back bar I sit a little over 50k. That number could be higher if I switched to high elf. I also played with necro instead of lich with all regen glyphs it was good as well.
That 15k harness on your build will be cut in half in PvP so really it's only about 7k which is much too small if you don't want to go the Max Magicka rout it's best to run heavy because you'll be too squishy with just a 7k shield. make sure you put at least 15% to 16% into bastion CP if you still can't get your shield to at least 10k look at running dampen instead.0
