Quest: Divine Deputation bug

I have confirmed with a couple other players that if you enter Alinor and ignore the sign on the post that would otherwise give you the "Divine Deputation" quest then proceed down the road and take one or both of the dailies, then you will not be able to take the Divine Deputation quest at all. Two things result from not being able to take the quest: 1) You can't read the sign at the post at all and it remains as a glowing sign always; 2) The NPC that would otherwise spawn near where the dailies are located after taking the quest from the sign post, will never be present. The quest is optional, so I suppose if you skip it and just go to the dailies straight away then it is what it is. My main reason for pointing this bug out is the inability to read the sign on the post and potentially never being able to get that as an overland book discovered as well as it just being a nuisance visually because it's always glowing.
