Like I have tried this and it just doesnt work. On paper tho, it seems like they would be decent at it.
Theyve got a ton of buffs to lighting damage
boundless storm which offers another aoe that follows you in addition to eye of the storm
Surge that would heal them to keep them alive longer

Implosion to kill low health targets
I want to say element of surprise but at least in most cases you can tell when your going to get desrto'd

Sorcs don't have a spammmable that does insane damage and heals or increased damage from stealth, etc.Zaghigoth- Orc Stamplar

Raammzzaa✭✭✭✭✭I agree with you, sorcs don’t have the element of surprise on their side. By their very nature, bombers are trying to hit as many targets as possible at once, and if spotted or unsuccessful, just get melted. That said, you can still wear V.D. on your spec and maybe one kill turns into many sometimes.1 -

✭There's no surprise factor and because of that, players can see you coming from a mile away and CC you.
