Fantastic Motifs and Where to Find Them

So I've been searching for a while for a good list of the motifs available in the game, and how they can be acquired. However, I haven't been able to find anything yet. Whatever I have found seems to be either incomplete or based on rumor, listing places and methods I know are wrong. Is there a go-to location for this sort of information?

Interact with any outfit station and the tool tips will tell you where and from what activity the pages come from.

Or go to UESP and they have a page that tells where all the motifs can be found.

The Outfit station is new for providing motif information, so that is cool.
