    Moon Hunter if anything

    600 spell damage
+1000 damage from new monster set if your ult is overload (costs 500)
+Another spell damage set like Rattlecage (adds spell damage AND increases spell damage by 20%)

    THEN
+Nirnhoned trait staff (if that works)
+Sorcery Pot (20% more spell damage)

None of them seem really viable in real situations at all, only one worth getting a try is moonhunter and that requires a poison on both bars for full effect which drops a lot of dps.

You already lose around 400 spell damage when you slot a poison over the infused backbar

Every little helps. Coupled with that 20% damage increase to the affected target... ehh, I don't know, it's too early for my brain to function properly...

[EDIT]: Someone do the maths for this, please. o:)

Yep plus it's poisons on a mag character. I'd say the heroism after revives would be nice, but in a good groups with no/minimal deaths it's irrelevant.

Don't say that. If ZOS feels the new sets are underwhelming, they will simply nerf existing sets to make them appear better. They did that to mechanical acuity when people complained the cloudrest gear was underwhelming.

Because they are all just as OP as the last sets that have been nerfed. Seriously though, someone will start whining and something will be nerfed, just how it goes. So much easier to whine endlessly on forums about sets than just adapt. These sets dont seem OP...but neither did Sload's or Viper's, it all depends on how many people wear them and if they appear on other player's death recaps. If they dont appear on that recap, they will never be nerfed regardless of how powerful they are.

All of these sets are pretty bad, they may look good on paper, but they are situational, no mag dps is gonna drop an enchant for a poison, when they can just get siroria/bsw etc....

@DenMoria That's the "2 or more," option that way they just complain about the first 2 sets and why.

Gives us or me a better insight to understanding there mentality to counter. But for right now its trending as the a lot of players are waiting for there favorite Youtuber or Streamer. Obviously to say something is wrong with the set, as its overpreforming or another complaint. In which one of them will 100% say, becuase some are secretly bias against a playstyle and or race/class. I'm just ready to see where it goes, and how I can adjust my builds accordingly.

This dlc has a lot of class rep influence that is key to theorycrafting and tweaking my build I already had for wolfhunter.

They say on PTS it's not working at all with Overload.

It also "should" refresh itself rather than stack itself.

So 120 spell/wpn dmg (when working correctly) is meh

Best is probably what is described in PTS

    It's buggy atm tho
