How do i get xivkyn armor set

I really like the xivkyn armor set but i dont have the money to buy it or buy IC dlc and eso plus and i dont really understand the crafting mechanics of eso so can someone help me where can i get a drop

✭✭✭✭✭The crafting style pages only drop from Imperial City DLC in the chests you open with key fragments (found in PvP zone or via beating bosses in PvE Dungeons).
If you want the style but can't or don't want to buy IC DLC then you'll have to purchase them from other players, either via trade in zone chat or checking the guild stores.
They're not an overly expensive style (PC EU) so you shouldn't have much trouble buying them.@Turelus - EU PC Megaserver
