BrokenGameMechanics✭✭✭✭Bump - ZOS this is a very straight forward bug to both verify and to fix. Left Hand (Offhand) enchant never procs. This verifiable in a couple of minutes at most. And by all appearances should be straight forward to fix. All other DW skills may proc either weapon enchant. Just need to do the same thing with Rapid Strikes. Thanks0

Joker99✭✭✭It's so sad as this skill really has potential for a maelstrom dw build, however it's been broken for quite some time, my offhand enchantment can sometimes be as low as 50% even though it's infused.PC-EU
