Is Imperial Templar Healer viable?

Hello, I have my first char as Imperial Templar that I have created in 2015 and played with it before quitting soon. 6 months ago I have created Imperial Warden tank and played with it since while Templar was used as crafter.
I wanted to build it as healer but I am not sure if it is viable? Content that I do is pve, pvp (non champ cyrodiil) and veteran dungeons.

It's perfectly viable. You don't have to be minmaxed to have a good character.

Race doesn't matter unless your teams going for the top % on the leaderboards. Even then it doesn't really matter.

I have a Nord warden and have completed everything that I have on my argonian temp. You will be fine.

Race does not really matter for healers as long as you are playing wisely. Many healers press their buttons as soon as they see a slight damage on the health bars instead of looking at what is really happening. Situation awareness is the key. But that comes with experience I guess. Magicka races will make it easier for you but are not mandatory.

Yes, though maybe not meta. The stat boosts are nice to have in PvP.

More stamina and health might prove to have good usages for you. You will be able to break free easier, use with mother easier are just some things. Different races with healers can be interesting.

My magplar healer is a Bosmer - for RP reasons - and she does great. She is BiS for cute, and her diminutive size makes her a small target (ok, that part's a joke). Seriously, her racial perks do help support more block/bash/break free when she has to. Her heals are strong and she never runs outta blue. An Imperial's racial perks are better for healing than those of my Bosmer. . . so I'd say go for it.

im imperial and i heal really good, cp833 some juianos and some draugr rest or olorime combo and u good to go

Viable, yes. Optimized, no.

Healing is easy, though. You don't have to be optimized.
