Hey,
e.g.:
If i use a charged frost Staff ans cast for example wall of elements and change to my main bar, for example a nirn lightbing Staff, will the wall of elements still have an increased chance to cause the chill status effect?
Is it different for other skills, e.g. Arctic blas of the warden?
